Chris Hayes
Between 1982 and 1991 I worked as a litigation executive with two local firms of Solicitors, running my own litigation case load.
Having drafted bills for a number of years on a part time basis I set up my cost drafting firm in 1991 and have been constantly involved in supporting, mainly local, firms of Solicitors in relation to all costs issues. I regularly attend Detailed Assessments around the country. I am happy to provide telephone support if needed and to attend upon your offices on an urgent basis to deal with issues if this becomes necessary.
Outside of work I remain a huge sports fan but my activities are now limited to Golf and the Gym.
Lynne Hayes
I specialise in dealing with Counsel’s fees in family matters working closely with local Chambers in assisting with and submitting their claims for costs. In addition I have experience in dealing with CCMS submissions for local Solicitors and assist Chris with the preparation of his own workload.
I am also responsible for the accounts and administration.
Outside of work I enjoy socialising and the gym, particularly yoga and pilates as well as walking the family dog Doug, an Italian Spinone.
